Property Policy

Check-In Time:    3:00 pm -- 9:00 pm

Check-Out Time:  7:00 am – 11:00 am

Housekeeping:  Housekeeping services will be provided every four days

Quiet Hours:   11:00pm – 8:00am (no party)

Guest Data Collection: According to Greek Tax Law, we must collect our guests’ Passport (ID), Full Name, AΦM, Phone & Email

Property Damage Policy: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of damage

Safety Reminder:  Please close and lock all the windows and doors & turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the maisonette
